The Millennium Wheel (No. 2)

That this House regrets that the Accommodation and Works Committee offered opposition to the Millennium Wheel without consulting honourable Members; and suggests that the views of the Director of Works illustrated nimbyism not shared by honourable Members and residents who would welcome the Wheel for five years on the Lambeth bank of the Thames.
