A Complete Ban On Hand-Guns

That this House demands that, in the interest of public safety, Her Majesty's Government introduce immediate legislation to raise hand-guns to the status of prohibited weapons whose use will be restricted to those who can demonstrate a professional need such as the Military and the Police.
