That this House is appalled at the freedom given to so-called investment companies, such as BT Publications Limited of Fitzwilliam Station, Barnsley, who are now in liquidation and whose directors were T. Leigh, R. Pantoja and D. K. B. Penny, notes that this freedom enabled them to lure victims into their dishonest schemes, whereby subscribers' money is creamed off, and no genuine investment made; and urges the Government to take swift action to protect the public from these dishonest financial predators.
