Renfrewshire Council

That this House condemns the behaviour of Labour Party councillors in the minority administration of Renfrewshire Council; notes with dismay their anti-democratic actions in refusing to allow reasonable and reasoned amendments and contributions from opposition councillors; questions their sole administrative tactic of calling the police to silence criticism in the council chamber; and calls on the honourable Member for Hamilton to instruct his Renfrewshire Council group to observe basic democratic procedures.
