Voluntary Action In Wales

That this House recognises the enormous contribution made by the voluntary and community sector in Wales in providing important services, representing the interests of people who are disadvantaged and enabling communities to take effective action to determine their future; and commends the Manifesto for the Voluntary Sector in Wales, produced by Wales Council for Voluntary Action, as a framework for the future development of a dynamic voluntary sector, playing its full part alongside private and public bodies in Wales.
