Unsolved Death Of Willie Mcrae (No. 2)

EDM number 959 in 1994-95, proposed by George Galloway on 04/04/1995.

That this House, having expressed its disquiet upon the new evidence emerging around the death, 10 years ago, of the prominent lawyer and Scottish Nationalist Willie McRae, calls upon the Lord Advocate to assure the House that no papers, documents, photographs or any other evidence relating to the case will be shredded or otherwise disposed of now that a decade has elapsed since the death of Willie McRae.
