leave out from 'calls' to end and add 'but notes that bull bars are a useful accessory for farmers and country dwellers for use in agricultural work; and is not prepared to call for a ban on bull bars on the grounds that some honourable Members spend their lives trying to ban anything remotely harmful and enforcing their own narrow views on others'.
