Geriatric Care At University Of Wales Hospital

That this House calls on the Secretary of State for Wales to instigate an inquiry into the standard of health care on Ward B6 of the University of Wales Hospital following the tragic death of a patient as a result of a massive morphine overdose; and notes that this incident follows a history of complaints resulting in a recently completed independent professional review of geriatric care on the ward.
