That this House agrees with Mr Justice Judge that it is the responsibility of parliament or national assembly to decide whether future developments of the European Union are consistent with, or contrary to, the interests of a Member State and that the national interest as decided by parliament must continue to be protected by assent only to treaty provisions which are clear and unequivocal.
