That this House notes the recent statement from the Parliamentary Secretary at the Department of Health, the honourable Member for Battersea, regarding the funding of community care in Gloucestershire; deplores the fact that it makes no mention of the withdrawal of ú4 million in government grant this year; and calls on the Government to restore the grant as a matter of urgency.
