Education - School Refurbishment

EDM number 786 in 1994-95, proposed by Jimmy Dunnachie on 13/03/1995.

That this House deplores the dilapidated state into which the fabric of many state schools has fallen in recent years; and calls on Her Majesty's Government to release immediate dedicated funding which will enable local authorities to bring their schools up to a tolerable standard.
