Priorities Of The Legal System

EDM number 764 in 1994-95, proposed by David Nicholson on 08/03/1995.

That this House believes that P.C. Guscott of Avon and Somerset Police and P.C. Richard King of the City of London Police are victims of a perverse set of priorities in the legal system, which appears to give first place to the perpetrators of crime, hooliganism and vandalism and second place to victims and the enforcers of public protection and order.

This motion has been signed by a total of 19 MPs.
