leave out from `House' to end and add `notes with profound dismay recent developments regarding the practice of euthanasia in both Oregon State and especially the Netherlands where according to official reports, euthanasia without the patient's request is frequently practised, and supports the Report of the House of Lords Select Committee on Medical Ethics in its concern for the further development of good palliative care and in its unanimous rejection of the practice of euthanasia.
