Rewards For Tory Supporters

That this House welcomes the public admission by the Public Services Minister by his proposed changes to the system of appointment to quangos that for 15 years these appointments had been made corruptly for reward for political services to the Conservative Party, but regrets that the proposals are nothing but a smokescreen to enable them to continue the trail of corruption but with the appearance of respectability.
