Merseyside And North Wales Blood Service

That this House congratulates the Merseyside and North Wales Blood Service in opening its doors on Sunday 5th February to the general publish to see for themselves the excellent facilities and dedicated staff that have made the unit one of the most advanced in the United Kingdom; and calls on the Secretary of State to take whatever steps are necessary to retain the facility in Liverpool.
