leave out from `February' to end and add `is encouraged that the package of constitutional reforms and democratisation measures proposed by the Turkish Government has won the support of all the main political parties in Turkey; looks forward to the Turkish IPU Group and their colleagues in the Turkish Grand National Assembly approving the package by the necessary two-thirds majority; and calls upon the European Union to respond positively by moving ahead with the implementation of earlier agreements to establish a customs union with Turkey at the meeting of the Association Council on 6th March.'.
