Dr Jeremy Lee-Potter

That this House notes the remarks made by Dr Lee-Potter, a former Chairman of the Council of the British Medical Association, in rejecting government health reforms as a dismal failure; congratulates Dr Lee-Potter for his frank and truthful statement founded upon his representative and clinical experience; calls upon the Government to develop health policies founded upon the needs of patients and the service of those who treat them; and demands that the Prime Minister should confirm or deny that following Dr Lee-Potter's remarks he or a member of his staff spoke on the telephone to the Chief Executive of the trust which employs Dr Lee-Potter concerning his remarks and/or continuing employment by the trust.
