Eu Council Of Ministers And Transport Of Livestock

That this House regrets the failure to reach agreement in the Council of Agricultural Ministers on humane and realistic journey time limitation for livestock throughout the EU Single Market; and urges the Prime Minister to make this issue a subject for priority resolution at the next heads of Government meeting.
