Conduct Of Honourable Members And Election Expenses

That this House recognises at elections that only candidates and their appointed agents can spend cash for votes; and accepts that any sponsored honourable Member who received a proportion of election expenses in 1992 is caught by the provision of the resolution on Conduct of Members from 6th November 1995 until at least the next election.
