Renovation Grants In Rhondda

That this House notes with concern the contents of the BBC Wales programme Week In Week Out on the subject of the operation of the renovation grants system by Rhondda Borough Council; and calls upon the Welsh Office to obtain a copy of the programme transmitted on Tuesday 17th October in order to evaluate whether a full inquiry is now called for.
