leave out from `forthwith' to end and add `notes that one of President Chirac's justifications of testing and retaining nuclear weapons is to deter military dictators like Saddam Hussein; recalls that, as is reported in `The Death Lobby, How the West Armed Iraq', that on 5th September 1975 Jaques Chirac, then French Prime Minister, secretly met with Saddam Hussein in Paris, to arrange for the sale of nuclear technology and weapons to Iraq; and invites the Prime Minister to raise this special deal when he meets M. Chirac.'.
