leave out from 'House' to end and add 'notes that over many years of Labour local administrations the people of Southwark and Lambeth have experienced poverty and unemployment; that County Hall whilst home to an elected London authority produced little benefit to local residents; and recommends that the Government gives its full supporttothe earlt redevelopmentof County Hall as a residential, shopping, leisure and office complex which will create long lasting private sector employment and an exciting South Bank development which can be enjoyed and admired by visitors and tourists from all over the world.'.
