leave out from `mis-informed' to end and add `report in the Co ventry Evening Telegraph; notes that Sir Paul Beresford, Parliamentary Under Secretary of State, contrary to the report, congratulated the residents on their actions in bringing in the Civic Trust for advice; accepts that Coventry City Council should have taken action much earlier; recognises that Labour Coventry City Council has large land holdings that could have provided usable capital reciepts many years earlier; supports the belated action of the Council with the residents; and calls upon Coventry City Council to provide even basic services to a better standard.'.
