Chancellor Of The Exchequer And Thalidomide Victims

That this House notes that the previous Labour Government took the necessary steps to see that the full value of the Distillers out of court settlement went to the thalidomide victims; and calls on the Chancellor of the Exchequer to take such steps as will be necessary in order that the full benefit of the recent Guinness plc donation also goes to the thalidomide victims.
