leave out from first `to' to end and add `restrict duty travel facilities for railway employees; considers it absurd for private operators to have to buy tickets from each other in order to get their employees to work; believes this demonstrates the break-up of an integrated national railway system in which the management of one railway line sees it as in its interest for other lines to attract business to the railway; and calls on the Secretary of State for Transport to advise the Association of Train Operating Companies to stop undermining the integration of the national railway system.'.
