leave out from `Council' to end and add `congratulates former Conservative councillors, the two local Conservative Party Chairman and many others who have over 20 years been drawing attention to allegations of nepotism and corruption on Monklands District Council; regrets the continuous campaign of cover-up, smears and unjustified legal threats against those local people by Labour Party members; notes that the New Labour Party recently adopted many of the current Monklands Labour Councillors as official Labour Party candidates and calls upon the Members for Hamilton and Sedgefield as well as Jack McConnell, the General Secretary of the Labour Party in Scotland to disclose what they knew and when they knew it in relation to the 20 years of complaints concerning Monklands District Council.'.
