That this House believes it is unsatisfactory for the claims by charitable, statutory and private training providers to South Thames TEC to be swamped by the Department of Employment's bill exceeding ú8 million, made up of audited unsubstantiated claims for training fees, failure to switch TFW training allowances into training fees, premises costs, and extrapolation of error rates in STTEC claims.
