OCCUPATIONAL PENSION RIGHTS - SUFFERERS OF ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE

EDM number 1119 in 1994-95, proposed by Jimmy Dunnachie on 15/05/1995.

That this House fully supports the campaign mounted by Alzheimer Scotland - Action on Dementia for the spouse of a sufferer living in the matrimonial home to have the right to keep half their partner's occupational pension should it me be necessary for the sufferer to enter long-term residential care.
