Nhs Provision To Patients In Private Care

That this House calls on Her Majesty's Government to issue clear guidelines to the private providers of care as to which items required to treat any patient are available free of charge via National Health Service provision and to take steps to make sure that no patient is charged for clinical items that should be freely provided.
