That this House congratulates Tow Law FC, the `Lawyers', on winning the Northern League Championship for the 1994-95 season for the first time since 1925; acknowledges the important role that teams such as this play in the local community; and further recognises that it is only through vigorous support for teams and leagues at this level that football nationally will prosper.
