That this House congratulates the International Transport Workers Federation for its decision to finance the search expected to begin in mid-May for the shipwreck of the `Derbyshire', the British combination carrier which sank in the South China Sea with all hands in 1980; believes that this decision will bring fresh heart to the families campaigning for a public inquiry to be re-opened, and in the event of additional contingency funds being required, calls on all institutions, companies and organisations with an interest in shipping, to contribute generously should additional funds be required once the side scan solar investigation is underway; and urges the Government to reconsider its policy in respect of the `Derbyshire'.
