That this House congratulates Eddie Jones, the General Manager of Rochdale Family Health Services Authority, on winning an NHS top management leadership award, one of only nine such recipients in the country; notes that he was nominated by all the staff of the family health authority for having transformed the authority into a responsive and dynamic organisation; and hopes that his committed leadership will be a model for all NHS managers in the future.
