Barking To Gospel Oak Line

EDM number 901 in 1993-94, proposed by Jeremy Corbyn on 21/03/1994.

That this House is deeply concerned at the continued lack of investment in the Barking to Gospel Oak line and the consequent small number of passengers; is appalled at the demolition of the Leytonstone signal box on 20th March, thus making service improvements more expensive; and therefore calls for an urgent programme of investment, re-staffing of stations and service improvements.

This motion has been signed by a total of 29 MPs.
