That this House calls upon Her Majesty's Government to act immediately to ensure a free and fair market in wholesaling and distribution of newspapers in the United Kingdom, which would see an end to the current system of monopoly which is acting against the public interest as it restricts supplies and places burdens on those retailers who wish to service their customers' needs rather than those of suppliers.
