leave out from 'House' to end and add 'recalls that on 22nd April 1993 the Labour Party voted with the Tories to deny people the right of a referendum on the Maastricht Treaty; notes that on the occasion of that vote the honourable Member for Cumbernauld and Kilsyth was not present; and further recalls that the Labour Party again voted with the Tories on 1st February to defend the right of five Conservative members to demean and denigrate Scottish local government and appropriate Scotland's water; and further notes the rise in SNP support in the latest System Three poll indicates that people in Scotland have noted Labour collusion with the Tories in the gerrymandering of Scottish local government.'.
