leave out from 'House' to end and add 'notes with pleasure the North Essex Health Authority's recent decision to allocate a further ú850,000 to reduce patient waiting times in North East Essex; welcomes the Health Authority proposals to improve orthopaedic services with a brand new in-patient centre for elective orthopaedics, the siting of which is still the subject of discussion, public consultation and decision; further commends the support of Authority for the continuation of the cancer service in Colchester, to which it has recently allocated ú80,000 to upgrade equipment; further notes the decision of the North East Thames Regional Health Authority to change nurse training and education arrangements in response to demands for trained nurses, which will continue to ensure a local education presence; congratulates doctors and nurses in North Essex for treating more patients every year; notes that none of the signatories of the original motion represents any constituency of North Essex; and hopes that they will support the proposals to rationalise healthcare in London which will allow more resources to be allocated to health care in North Essex.'.
