Death Row, Jamaica

That this House sends its condolences to Everton Bailey on the death of this mother; notes that Mr Bailey last month celebrated his 33rd birthday; notes further that Mr Bailey, one of the all too many Death Row prisoners in Jamaica, has been in prison since he was 18 years old; and condemns with disgust both the policy of the Jamaican government with regard to Death Row and the barbaric conditions in which Death Row prisoners are held.
