That this House congratulates Rochdale Citizens Advice Bureau for their record in 1993 of having dealt with ú8,151,204 of debt counselling, with having helped clients obtain previously unclaimed benefits to the tune of ú373,978 and with helping other clients obtain compensation for losing their jobs to the tune of ú75,920; and looks forward to their having an equally successful 1994 helping the people of Rochdale, Middleton and Heywood.
