That this House expresses disgust at Combat 18, the extreme right wing organistion, publishing the names and private work telephone numbers of individuals and organisations in West Yorkshire and elsewhere and describing them as 'Red Scum'; believes known supporters of Combat 18, and the publishers and printers, should be prosecuted for inciting the public to commit a nuisance; further believes the slogan 'Death to the system - and all Red Scum' represents incitement to commit serious criminal acts; and urges the Home Secretary to take concerted action to identify and prosecute the leaders of Combat 18 as the list of names and telephone numbers is understood to contain confidential information stolen from the office of a newspaper in Leeds.
