at end add 'and, furthermore, noting the serious financial consequences of the dramatic collapse in banana prices in the United Kingdom in the last quarter of 1993, calls on Her Majesty's Government immediately to allocate emergency aid to ensure that not only are Caribbean growers' incomes maintained at reasonable levels but that they are also able to afford the necessary agricultural inputs such as fertilizers without which there would be a serious long-term fall in both quality and quantity of bananas produced.'.
