Rights Of Retirement Leaseholders

That this House being conscious of the substantial burdens and inconvenience being suffered by retirement leaseholders obliged by the terms of their lease to accept management of their properties by companies specified, and sometimes owned by, developers, considers that legislation should be introduced to allow all leaseholders to select their own management.
