Zero Tolerance Campaign By Edinburgh District Council

That this House congratulates Edinburgh District Council on the launch of the second phase of its Zero Tolerance Campaign, an initiative which is now being replicated throughout Britain; notes that Tayside and Strathclyde Regional Council, Aberdeen District Council and the Association of London Authorities have been at the forefront of supporting Edinburgh's initiative; and calls upon the Government to ensure a fair and reasonable amount of funding for women's aid and rape crisis groups.
