That this House notes the attendance of the Right honourable Member for Galloway and Upper Nithsdale at a Tory Party fund-raising dinner in Dundee; further notes the attendance at the same dinner of Mr Stuart Fair, Chairman of the Dundee Teaching Hospitals Trust, and Mr Jimmy Millar, Chairman-designate of Scottish Enterprise Tayside, both of whom were appointed to those positions by the Right honourable Member for Galloway and Upper Nithsdale; recognises that Tory Party supporters are being placed in key positions in trusts and enterprise companies across Scotland; and calls upon the Government to end the undemocratic practice of appointing its own party supporters to run Scotland's Health Service and enterprise companies when the Scottish people voted overwhelmingly to reject the Tory Party and its philosophy at the last general election.
