after 'disappeared', insert 'further notes that under Chinese laws people must obtain permission to marry, register under 'birth quotas' to have a child, and that women must have an IUD inserted after one child, be sterilised after two and must abort the third and subsequent children; condemns these practices as a flagrant abuse of human rights, particularly the right to marry and freely fond a family; is appalled that the Chinese Government is now extending this policy to the killing of new born handicapped babies; and condemns the funding by Her Majesty's Government of the Population Control Agencies, the IPPF and UNFPA, who, respectively, man the squads enforcing the policy and fund projects to make China self sufficient in IUDs for forcible insertion into Chinese women'.
