That this House congratulates the England football team on its seven-one victory over the San Marino national team in Bologna; nevertheless sees English football's exit from participation in next year's World Cup competition in the United States of America as disastrous for the sport, industry and those companies which supply its goods and services; and calls upon the English FA to start the process of rebuilding and reshaping England's national game by immediately acting to recruit a management team capable of taking a future team of players to the final of such competitions.
