That this House deplores the fact that the Right honourable Member for Yeovil and Liberal Democrat councillors on South Somerset District Council knew about the application by Sainsbury's to construct a superstore at Wyndham Hill, Yeovil, some months before it became public knowledge, thereby calling into question the commitment of the Liberal Democract Party to open government and freedom of information.
