leave out from 'House' to end and add 'notes that the Conservative councillors involved with Westminster Council's housing policy have not employed five relatives of councillors in the Housing department, not moved to better council property, shortly before buying their homes, nor declined to take action against a council leader who paid a ú1,000 cheque due to a local building company into his personal bank account; and regrets that Labour honourable Members pay so much attention to Westminster Council's housing policies and so little attention to the corrupt practices of Labour councils.'.
