Prosecution Of War Criminals In Former Yugoslavia

That this House welcomes the appointment of Judge Richard Goldstone to be Special Prosecutor of the United Nations Ad Hoc War Crimes Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, established under UN Resolution 827; and hopes that he will proceed with speed and determination to bring charges against those responsible for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Bosnia and Croatia.
