Invasion Of Privacy

EDM number 151 in 1993-94, proposed by Eddie Loyden on 01/12/1993.

That this House is appalled at the blatant invasion of privacy of the residents of King Street in the constituency of the honourable Member for Liverpool, Garston, by the publication by two national newspapers of detailed information on the status and other personal information that exposes constituents to abusive mail already received by a number of people; and calls on the Secretary of State for National Heritage to inquire into the circumstances in which these publications were made.

This motion has been signed by a total of 29 MPs.
