That this House condemns the Secretary of State for Health for misleading the public in her statement on regional health authority changes and potential savings, when failing to deal with the major criminally immense increases in NHS management salary levels and total expenditure; and calls upon the Secretary of State for Health to take immediate action to reduce the current Ãº251 million cost of NHS managers, by a minimum of Ãº100 million over the next 12 months, and to eliminate the total growth since 1989 by the end of 1995.
